Many of our listings offer free cancellation before check-in. Always check the cancellation terms shown on the booking page before confirming your reservation.

General Policy

Cancellation and refund terms are determined by the travel supplier (airline or hotel) and the fare or rate type you select. The specific policy is always displayed before you confirm your booking and included in your confirmation email.

Hotel Cancellations

Free Cancellation

Cancel before the deadline shown on your booking at no cost. The deadline is typically 24–72 hours before check-in.

Non-Refundable

These rates are typically discounted but cannot be cancelled or changed. No refund is issued after booking.

Partial Refund

Some bookings allow cancellation with a fee. The cancellable amount and fee are shown in your booking details.

No-Show

Failure to check in without cancelling beforehand may result in a charge for the first night or the full stay.

Flight Cancellations

  • Flexible fares— may be cancelled or changed with no fee, subject to airline terms.
  • Standard fares— cancellation or change fees may apply. The fee amount is displayed at booking.
  • Basic / economy fares— typically non-refundable and non-changeable. Taxes may be recoverable in some jurisdictions.
  • Airline-initiated changes— if the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, you are entitled to a full refund or rebooking at no cost.

How to Cancel

  1. Sign in to your GoTripNest account.
  2. Go to My Trips or Orders and select the booking.
  3. Click “Request Cancellation” and follow the prompts.
  4. Review the refund amount (if applicable) and confirm.

You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.

Processing times depend on your payment provider. Contact your bank if the refund does not appear within the expected timeframe.

Disputes and Exceptions

If you believe a cancellation charge was applied incorrectly, or if exceptional circumstances prevent your travel (e.g., natural disaster, government travel restrictions), please contact our support team. We will review your case and liaise with the supplier on your behalf.
